1.Public offer
1.1. This Agreement is an offer of SIA "AUSTRUMPARKA STUDIJA," hereinafter referred to as Contractor, to the Customer for the provision of Services in the main activity profile of SIA "AUSTRUMPARKA STUDIJA."
1.2. The acceptance of the offer is fulfilled by payment by the Customer for the services, and means full and unequivocal consent of the Customer with the conditions for the provision of services determined by this Agreement, as well as the User Agreement, which is an integral part of this Agreement.
1.3. The Contractor starts to provide services or sends the purchased information materials to the Customer within three working days from the date of receipt of funds to the Contractor’s account unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
2. Delivery and acceptance of services is carried out in the following order:
2.1. The Contractor is considered to be adequately rendered and accepted if the Contractor has not received motivated written objections from the Customer within fifteen days after the end of the reporting period. After the expiry of the period defined above, the Customer’s claims regarding the shortcomings of the Services, including the quantity (volume), cost, and quality, are not accepted.
2.2. The Contractor does not hold any responsibility for providing services for implicit/indirect losses and/or third parties. The Contractor’s aggregate amount of liability (fines, penalties, compensated damages) cannot exceed 10% (ten percent) of the cost of services, except for cases when the Contractor provides a unique guarantee for its products or services.
3. User Agreement
3.1. This User Agreement directs the relationship between SIA "AUSTRUMPARKA STUDIJA" and an individual, a user of the company's websites (hereinafter referred to as User) posted on the Internet at https://retreat.voicerituals.com (hereinafter referred to as Website). This Agreement is an integral part of the Offer Agreement and equally applies to users of both paid and free products.
3.2. By subscribing or purchasing (agreeing to receive materials to your email address) any product (both paid and free of charge), the User confirms his/her complying with the provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended and completed by the Website Administration without additional notice to the User.
4. Confidentiality and provision of information
4.1. The website Administration guarantees the confidentiality of the User’s personal information provided by him/her when registering on the Website. The Website Administration draws the User’s attention to the fact that all the services of the Website, as well as any products, are provided to the User “as it is”.
4.2. The information contained on the Website on in educational and information-analytical products is obtained, collected, and
prepared from open sources or with the permission of the copyright holders. All analytical materials are the individual opinion of the analysts who prepared them and are provided “as it is” without any guarantees.
5. Risks and responsibility
5.1. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User is aware that SIA "AUSTRUMPARKA STUDIJA" does not carry any risks associated with implementing the recommendations formulated in the training products. All advice and recommendations in the products of SIA "AUSTRUMPARKA STUDIJA" are implemented by the User exclusively at his discretion and fully assume all possible risks.
6. Copyright and intellectual property
6.1. All materials on the Website are protected by the laws of Latvia on the protection of intellectual property, copyright, and related rights. This protection applies to texts, music, pictures, multimedia materials, and other objects of copyright. All materials are the property of their authors. Alienation of property is possible only in the cases and in a manner provided by the current legislation of Latvia.
6.2. Any materials received by the User by email or published on the Website are intended for individual, non-commercial use. The User does not have the right to copy, broadcast, publish, send, or otherwise use for mass reproduction materials taken from the Website and received as training and information-analytical products without the written permission of the Website Administration.
6.3. Any information, materials, and judgments on the Website are subject to change without prior notice. Quoting, to the extent and in the manner defined by the legislation of Latvia on the
protection of copyright and relevant rights, as well as intellectual property, is possible only with reference to the Website of the copyright holder SIA “AUSTRUMPARKA STUDJIA.”
6.4. The Website Administration reserves the right to take any measures that do not contradict the legislation of Latvia, to limit or to terminate the User’s service in case of violation of the provisions of the Agreement. In addition, the Website Administration reserves the right to refuse service to the repeatedly applied User who previously violated the terms of the Agreement without giving any reason.
6.5. The Website Administration has the right to deny training to any User if it considers that the training of this User is outside the field of competence of the course instructions.
7. Terms and conditions of service
7.1. These “Terms and Conditions” (hereinafter referred to as Terms) apply to all products offered on the Website.
7.2. Changing programs and training format. The authors of the event programs reserve the right to make changes to the training and course programs at any time.
7.3. Terms of payment Payment is processed through the payment aggregator Getcourse.ru using Visa and MasterCard bank cards, PayPal system, Fondy system, payment terminals.
The receipt of an electronic product occurs immediately after payment to the email specified when ordering the product, containing links to study the files.
8. Procedure and terms of delivery of goods
8.1. Electronic goods are sent automatically by email from the moment the money arrives at https://retreat.voicerituals.com store’s account.
8.2. Information about the time and place of the live training will be provided upon registration and payment for the corresponding training by email specified during registration.
9. Refunds and transfers of funds
9.1. If during the first two weeks of studying on the online course “7-day Voice Rituals retreat” (14 days from the date of payment for the product) you understand that this method is not suitable for you, we will refund your money without asking any questions and without finding out the reasons.
9.2. Funds are not refundable for electronic products.
9.3. If a training, off-site training, or online event is canceled at the initiative of the presenter/organizer, all the funds transferred towards the payment of the corresponding event are fully refunded. They can also transfer to other events with the participant’s consent who paid for the failed seminar/ training/ master class/ webinar.
